PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Before joining the Company’s Manpower, Vasiliki had served for twenty years as chief of accounting credit and tax consultant in a variety of companies and accounting offices in Athens, as ILKA S.A., ILKA SECURITY S.A., LITA LTD. and many other Greek and subsidiaries.
Currently she is working as head of the Credit Control Department of SMEs in E.F.M. Accounting Services and as Tax Consultant advising our clients on Tax and Accounting issues.
Besides her specialization in Accounting and Tax issues, she has been working with ordinary and extraordinary audits of SMEs.Provides assurance and advisory services with the main aim to add value and improve the functionality of the Group companies.It provides support to the Board, the Audit Committee and management on risk management, regulatory compliance, control mechanisms and corporate governance in a structured and systematic approach.
She is monitoring the implementation and continuous compliance of the Internal Regulation of Operation and the Statute of the Group.
She speaks English.
